With 25 years of combined coaching experience and a deep understanding of the ups and downs of weight loss, they offer personalized advice, real-life strategies, and endless encouragement to help you succeed. Whether it’s a small win or a big breakthrough, Bren and Jenn celebrate every moment with you.
Coach
Brenda has been a Health and Wellness Coach for over 12 years. She is passionate about supporting clients in reaching their health related goals – mentally and physically.
She has a teenage daughter
and two dogs. Brenda embraces each day with enthusiasm, gratitude and authenticity!

Jennifer has been a Health and Wellness Coach for the last 15 years. She is dedicated to helping clients focus on their successes and motivating them to make changes in their lifestyle.
Jennifer is a wife and mother of two adult daughters (and her dog, Bella). In her free time you can find her at F45 doing planks, and pull ups! She is currently focusing on her goal of hitting 10,000 steps a day!

SIMPLE Coaching hosts in-person meetings in Thornhill, Woodbridge, and North York, alongside online sessions via Zoom, providing flexible options for members.
The free 7 day trial allows you to attend in-person and online for one week, giving you a chance to experience the supportive community and valuable weight loss resources.
We focus on sustainable weight loss by emphasizing behavioural changes, education, and group motivation, rather than relying on restrictive diets. This approach helps our clients achieve lasting results by building healthier habits and fostering a supportive community
